Chris adventurous life led to many escapes into the real world. This often meant crossing paths with people more primitive than ourselves whose simple lives are so much in harmony with nature. Having been born during the Second World War, he is very keen to accurately record on paper wartime events and to physically follow with great respect the well-trodden paths of those that went into action against the enemy
